Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only once the agreed booking fee s received.

  • The remaining balance is due 24 - 48 hours before the event. 

  • Payments may be made via Bank Transfer or Cash

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you chose to cancel your booking, please note the booking fee is non refundable. Once full payment is issued then no refunds will be issued. 

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested as soon as possible.

  • In the unlikely event the balloon artist must cancel due to illness or emergency, a full refund will be issued, and reasonable efforts will be made to recommend a replacement.

Event Details & Set-Up

  • The client is responsible for providing a safe, suitable space for any balloon display 

  • We require a minimum of 60 minutes to set up a display. 

  • Outdoor events must have suitable cover from sun, wind, and rain.

  • A risk assessment will be undertaken by us. 
  • Full insurance details can be provided to the venue if needed 
  • We have the right to refuse set up if we feel it is unsafe to do so. 

Collections 

  • Collection time will be agreed with the client. 
  • The client is responsible for ensuring the display is left in the condition that the artist left it in. 
  • The client is responsible for liaising with the venue to ensure collection of the display. This will be agreed upon time of booking 
  • The client and venue are responsible for ensuring the venue do not tamper / move the display before collection ( such as outside etc) 

Damage & Liability

  • The client is responsible for any damage to the balloon artist’s equipment caused by guests. 

  • Once the display is set up, the client and staff at the venue should not move or tamper with display. If the display is tampered with / moved then the client / venue is responsible for the cost if damages incur. 

  • The balloon artist’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

  • The balloon artist is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

  • Balloons used in our services are made from natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions in individuals with latex sensitivities or allergies.
    It is the client’s responsibility to inform us in writing prior to booking if anyone attending the event has a known or suspected latex allergy.

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from exposure to latex balloons when no prior notice has been given.

  • Payment of a deposit or balance constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
