Confetti & Co are based in Barry, The Vale of Glamorgan. We can travle outaside of this area however there will be a travel charge of approx 40p per mile. 

For every booking I will require a £25 non refundable Booking fee. This is payable within 24 hours of you receiving my details. If you do not pay the booking fee within the time frame then the date you requested will get re released.

Balloon Stacks & Helium Bubbles are Full payment upon time of booking 

Absolutely! We are insured by BAPIA. Bapia are a UK based company who specialise in Insurance for all the events industry. Please feel free to ask for a copy of my Insurance which I will provide. I am also happy to proivde a copy to a Venue. 

If you choose to cancel your booking, please note that your booking fee is non-refundable. Once full payment has been made no refunds will be issued. However, we are happy to offer either a date change (subject to availability) or a credit voucher to use within 12 months. Please note, this voucher is non-transferable and must be used by the original booking party.

In the event that any items are damaged during your hire, you will be required to cover the full cost of the damage upon collection. Payment can be made via bank transfer (BACs) or Apple Pay using our secure contactless payment method. This is outlined on our Terms and Conditions situated on the website.
